Remove Makeup

Ensure all eye makeup has been removed properly prior to your appointment. Please come with CLEAN lashes, if you have any cosmetic residue or oils, your lash extensions will not apply properly and resulting in your lashes falling off prematurely.

Booking & Appointment Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect my time as an artist, please
review the following policies before booking:

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of lash services and the time reserved specifically for each client, I do not offer refunds on any completed appointments. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours so I can address them appropriately.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require full payment upfront or may be declined.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a late fee may be applied. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or adjusted, and the late fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a fee.
